The class was told by Professor Peter Maillet before leaving for China that one could find just about anything they needed in Beijing. McDonalds and Pizza Hut were on hand to satisfy those who missed American cuisine, and recognizable names of department stores and retail outlets could be found within a mile or two. Who would have thought to stumble across an Auntie Anne's Pretzel kiosk, WalMart, Outback Steakhouse, or even Hooters?

Ahah, so I see you found the Kro's Nest. Isn't the pizza awesome! I guess just a few more days in Beijing, then on to Shanghai!
